We’ve been using their bouncy castles for four years now for both of our kids’ birthdays, and we absolutely love them! They always have a great selection of bouncers, arrive on time (sometimes even early—who doesn’t want extra bouncing time?), set everything up, and return to take it all down seamlessly. We’ve never had anything but a great experience with them, which is exactly why we’ll continue to book year after year until our kids outgrow them—hopefully that day never comes!

This was our first time using Bouncy Town and it definitely will be our go-to for any future bounce house rentals in the future. They were professional, on time and very friendly. What's also great, they are a local business operating for 17+ years so they know what they're doing and will do whatever they can do deliver what they promise. Our kids had an amazing time!

Amazing product and service! I looked into a few companies when choosing for my daughter’s 4th birthday. I chose bouncy town because of their ‘cancel anytime policy’. No deposit required , just pay on arrival. Super flexible, friendly, family run business. Highly recommend. We had a great time!!

This was such a great place to rent from. We rented for our son’s birthday party and ended up having to reschedule due to him being sick. This was our first rental from Bouncy Town, we have rented from other local companies and the prices here are better by a lot! They were very responsive with my inquiries and on arrival the set up was seamless. He even discussed the heavy rain/weather in depth with us and gave us a chance to cancel last minute with no penalty if we wanted. They were prompt, professional and it was all around a great experience! We will rent here again! Thank you!

Thank you for the great service! We rented the pirate ship bouncy castle and the kids had an absolute blast. The rules and instructions were clearly stated when booking, and although we had reserved it for the afternoon, the team came in the morning, which gave the kids some extra time to enjoy it. The bouncy was very clean, the setup was smooth, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
