Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. At the start of each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
We do not charge deposits of any kind, payment is due upon setup.
With Bouncy Town you can cancel at any time, for any reason, however we do ask you provide as much notice as possible.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Our hours are 9 am to 8 pm daily.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces are anchored with sandbags.
Yes, most times rentals are possible, but please contact us first to confirm.
Our online booking system is instant, once you have completed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the system. At this time your party is booked, you do not need to call us or follow up. If you do not receive a confirmation of your booking, please check your junk/deleted/spam folders or log in again to check your booking. If the booking confirmation is not found, please contact our office as soon as possible, so that we are able to assist you!
Yes we do, we are a full service bouncer rental company and all prices include delivery, set up, take-down and pick up.
The prices you see on our website include everything, there are no additional charges within Calgary.
Small fuel charges may apply if you are outside the city. Contact the office for pricing.
We service Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, Bearspaw, Tsuu’ Tina and Dewinton. If you live outside these areas or your area is not listed, please call us to see if we can accommodate your event.
Please make sure the set up area is clean of any pet feces, grass clippings and leaves. The yard space should be ready at 9 a.m. on party day as we often have to show up early due to scheduling constraints. Do not mow your lawn on the day of the rental. Please make sure that the area is also clear of toys or yard furniture etc…. If you have an extension cord have it handy. We try to have cords with us but sometimes we run out.
Bouncers that can be bought at the store are commonly made of nylon material. These bouncers are not meant for commercial rental purposes and can tear quite easily and may collapse with too much rider weight. Commercial bouncers are made of high grade pvc. These bouncers are much more durable and can handle a lot more weight than a nylon bouncer. Nylon bouncers are for family use and should never be rented out. Bouncy Town Party Rentals carries only commercial grade bounce houses made from pvc.
We will set up our units in local parks, however The City may require that you purchase a permit and/or reserve a site. Please check with The City (3-1-1) before booking. Also keep in mind that you will need power and not all sites are equipped with outlets so you may need to rent a generator. Please note: we will not setup in Bowness Park, Edworthy Park, Prairie Winds Park, Watermark Central Plaza, Sandy Beach or any other park that has gated/ restricted access
Changing your party time is not a problem, as long as the bouncer you want is available for the new time or new date. If the date and/or time is not available for the particular unit you initially booked, you may need to switch units.
